€300 allowance for households heating with heating gas or propane in bulk
The post-Covid-19 economic recovery and the Russian invasion of Ukraine are causing energy prices to soar.
In order to temper the rise in energy bills for households, the Federal Government decided in the restricted Council of Ministers on 18 June 2022 to grant households an allowance of 300 euros net when purchasing heating gas oil or bulk propane for heating their main residence.
The aim of this measure is to provide financial support to as many citizens as possible to help them cope with the increase in the price of heating their homes.
